Title: Admins are unable to access the Microsoft 365 admin center
User impact: Admins may be unable to access the Microsoft 365 admin center.
Current status: We've identified a portion of service infrastructure in the West US region that is performing below acceptable thresholds. We're taking the unhealthy infrastructure out of rotation and allowing traffic to flow to healthy infrastructure as a potential mitigation.
Scope of impact: Admin activity routed through the affected infrastructure in the US West region may be unable to access the Microsoft 365 admin center.
