Current status: We’ve deployed the fix to a subset of the affected environments and are preparing to begin deployment to the remaining affected environments. Once available, we’ll provide a deployment completion timeline.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users attempting to access Copilot Chat in Outlook on the web. This section may be updated as the investigation progresses.

Root cause: An underlying client rendering issue within Copilot Studio is intermittently preventing Copilot Chat from rendering correctly in Outlook on the web.

Current status: We've completed validation of the fix and have started deploying it to the affected environments. As deployment progresses, we're monitoring service telemetry and error rates to verify that Copilot Chat is loading successfully for affected users. We expect deployment to complete before our next scheduled update.

Root cause: An underlying client rendering issue within Copilot Studio is intermittently preventing Copilot Chat from rendering correctly in Outlook on the web.
