Administration Console Data Display Issue

We are aware that some portions of the Administration Console (i.e. Analysis and Response Center) are experiencing an issue presenting data. Mail flow is not impacted at this time. We are investigating the matter and further updates will be posted here.

Mimecast engineering is collaborating closely with a third-party vendor. This is being treated with urgency and requires ongoing engineering effort. We will provide further updates as they become available.

Mitigation efforts are ongoing for the issue related to the Administration Console. We are seeing improvements and remain in contact with the third-party vendor. The matter is being treated with urgency and further updates will be posted here.

As part of our ongoing mitigation efforts, we are now removing all existing API 2.0 applications from the Administration Console. You may begin recreating application keys to restore these connections at any time. Mail flow continues to be unaffected.
