We are aware that some customers on the AU Grid may be experiencing TTP attachment protection processing delays. We are currently investigating the issue and updates will be posted here as they become available. All other Mimecast services are operating as normal.

We have identified the issue affecting the Attachment Protect service for some AU and DE hosted customers and are working to resolve it. We will provide further updates as they become available.
