Intermittent URL rewrites

We are currently aware that some URL Protect customers may experience issues where certain URLs in emails are not being rewritten. Our team is actively investigating the situation and already initiated mitigation. Updates will be provided here as soon as they become available. Please note that all other Mimecast services are functioning as expected.

We believe we have identified the issue affecting URL rewriting in the four impacted regions. Our mitigation efforts are underway, and we will provide further updates here as they become available. Please note that mail flow remains unaffected, and all other services are operating normally.
