Service Degradation - URL Protect and Mail Processing

We are aware that URL Protection is experiencing a degraded service for some customers hosted on our US grid. In addition, the service disruption is also impacting email processing. We are currently investigating the issue and updates will be posted here as they become available.

We have taken mitigation steps and believe we have solved the issue related to URL Protect links. The Engineering team continues to investigate the email processing degradation. We will provide further updates as they become available.

We believe we have identified the issue affecting email processing for some US-hosted customers and are working to resolve it. URL Protection continues to operate normally. We will provide further updates as they become available.
