All functionalities along with improvement measures for increased speed has been performed.

We have identified a contributing cause and have issued a temporary fixed for the instance. All functionalities are back to 100%.
We are leaving this incident open until we have proper measure in place to get on top of global network issues and tackling the actual cause to the instances unable to handle the load during peak hours.
