Elevated errors across multiple services

Our authentication provider has resolved their incident affecting SAML SSO login. Users relying on this method to login to Mintlify should now be able to login to the dashboard.

Site Code Deployments Unavailable

We are currently unable to build and deploy new code versions of sites due to an ongoing outage with Vercel: https://www.vercel-status.com/. This impacts our ability to publish code updates and new features until service is restored. Customer-triggered content updates and docs.json configuration changes are not affected and continue to function normally. We are monitoring the situation closely and will resume normal code deployment operations once Vercel resolves their infrastructure issues.

SAML SSO Login Service Disrupted

SAML single sign-on authentication is currently unavailable due to an outage with Stytch: https://status.stytch.com/, our authentication provider. Users relying on SAML SSO will be unable to access their accounts until this service is restored. We recommend checking back periodically or using alternative login methods if available.

Analytics Event Processing Experiencing Intermittent Issues

Analytics events are being delayed dropped due to EventBridge connectivity issues stemming from load balancer instability in AWS's us-east-1 region: https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status. While most events are processing normally, some data may be temporarily unavailable or delayed. We are working to mitigate the impact and will provide updates as AWS resolves the underlying infrastructure issues.

Slow Page Loads and Cache Writes
Page loads are slow and cache writes are delayed. This is due to Vercel routing traffic away from the IAD-1 region, where our compute resources reside, which causes high inter-region latency on getting page information. Search Performance Intermittently Degraded
Search performance is intermittently degraded due to issues with horizontal scaling, stemming from resource allocation limitations within AWS. Our team is working to stabilize the service as we monitor the underlying infrastructure.
