After several hours of troubleshooting, our upstream's engineers have resolved the recurring reboots on the affected equipment. We are re-enabling the BGP sessions and backbone links as we confirm link stability. No further outages are expected at this time. We will share a full RFO once it is available.

To prevent prolonged instability caused by continued flapping, we have temporarily disabled the affected BGP transit sessions and backbone links. These will be re-enabled once the links are confirmed to be stable. We are awaiting further updates from RETN.

We are observing intermittent flapping on our upstream provider's equipment. RETN has escalated the issue to their local partner, who are currently investigating. A restoration timeframe is currently being determined.
