IS&T has received reports that community members using the UC-One Communicator iOS mobile app (an app used to make/receive calls from MIT phone numbers on iOS devices) are experiencing trouble with authentication and call connection. We are investigating these reports and will provide additional information as we learn more. While the iOS mobile app is being addressed, members of the community have the option to download and install the UC-One Communicator app on other devices at https://ist.mit.edu/broadsoft/communicator

The vendor has confirmed the issue with the iOS version of UC-One Communicator. Community members wishing to use softphone capabilities are advised to use macOS, Windows, or Android versions of UC-One Communicator on another device as a workaround: https://ist.mit.edu/broadsoft/communicator
