A number of Ivanti Neurons for MDM/EPMM customers using managed apps will experiece a degradation to the service. Users may face issues while importing the app or fetching the app details. Ivanti Site Reliability Engineering is investigating the issue and will provide an update or notice of resolution once we have collected additional information. Tracking workitem number 1377023
