A subset of Ivanti Neurons for MDM customers on North America environments are experiencing a degradation to the service. Apps from the iOS App Store may not appear in the app catalog, and search functionality may be slow to produce results. Ivanti Site Reliability Engineering is investigating the issue and will provide an update or notice of resolution once we have collected additional information.
