IRW PRD - Workflow and email processing issues

This issue has been resolved. We are aware that a limited number of customers are experiencing separate, unrelated email issues, and we are working with them individually. If you are still seeing email issues and are not already working with Ivanti Support, please open a support case so we can assist you.

We are aware that a subset of customers are seeing issues with incoming email and are actively investigating this.

We are continuing to investigate and monitor the environment.
An additional emergency maintenance is scheduled shortly to complete works that aims to further help improve and increase our ability to troubleshoot the workflow and email issues, some customers are currently experiencing.
