Ivanti Neurons for ITSM – Performance Degradation on NSZ PRD Landscape

The previous mitigation actions has resolved this incident.

The performance is back to normal. We are continuing to monitor for next 24 hours as stated earlier.

Currently we are monitoring the landscape for 24 hours.

The fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the landscape for further observations.

The Operations/engineering team has identified the probable cause of the issue and mitigation activities are currently in progress. Some customers may continue to experience intermittent issues while recovery actions are being completed. We are closely monitoring service recovery and will provide the next update within 2 hours.

We are currently investigating a critical service issue impacting customer access and/or application functionality. Our engineering and operations teams are actively working to identify the root cause and restore services as quickly as possible. We will continue to provide updates every 30mins-1 hours or sooner as more information becomes available.
