Intermittent performance and email delivery issues

Fixes to the Google Authentication workflow have been released.

Some features are working as expected again and we are continuing to monitor performance. Other features are still impacted by degraded performance and we are continuing to work on a fix.

Resolved and monitoring:
* Event related and export emails may be delayed
* Reminder emails were sent early for some events
* Inconsistent sign up counts and max capacity enforcement

Ongoing:
* Google login option is not working. Users are advised to log in by requesting a magic link in the interim.

Mobilize is currently experiencing degraded performance that is impacting the below features. We are working as quickly as possible to resolve these issues and will update this page as we have updates on our resolution.
