This incident has been resolved. We had issue with some SCIM provisioned users getting mapped to a lower security app role in ModernLoop resulting in revoking their access to the app. These users have been restored and root cause has been fixed.
Fix is in production and we are monitoring.
The issue has been identified and fix is on the way.
