This incident has been resolved.

We are pleased to confirm that our engineering team has identified the root cause and successfully applied a fix. Our infrastructure has recovered rapidly and we are seeing strong improvement across all affected services.

Services have returned to normal and we are in the process of clearing the remaining backlog. We will post a final update once the backlog has been fully cleared.
