We are currently seeing degraded performance of our Mollie Dashboard. Users may experience difficulties logging in or accessing different parts of the Dashboard. Additionally, refunds might be processed with a delay and the balance information in the dashboard may be not up to date.

You may also see a decline in successful payments as latencies to our checkout page have increased.

Our developers are investigating the issue and we will update this status report as soon as possible.
