MongoDB Atlas Triggers: Increased failure rate

This incident has been resolved.

We observed some new and existing Atlas Triggers affected by the outage. Users may observe events processing delayed. We deployed a mitigation and will continue monitoring.

We observed no new issues with Atlas Triggers in the last 24h, out of abundance of caution we will continue actively monitoring.

A fix has been implemented and released, we are monitoring the results.

We identified an issue that may affect Atlas Triggers and are in the process of releasing a fix.

We are observing additional Atlas Triggers unable to pick up events. Some Users may experience delays in events being processed. We are continuing to investigate this issue.

All Atlas Triggers that reported irregular processing resumed working as expected. We are continuing to monitor for any further issue.

We implemented a fix and are monitoring its impact on Atlas Triggers affected by the outage.

We identified Atlas Triggers affected by the issue. Affected users may see some of their triggers unable to pick up events.

We are currently investigating reports of failures for Atlas Triggers. Affected users may see some of their triggers in a DISABLED state and any attempts to re-enable them fail.
