Elevated number of failed charges

The issue affecting RFID card charging has been fully resolved. All charging methods are now operating normally. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience.

We have deployed a fix for the RFID charging issue and are now monitoring the situation. Early results are positive, showing a significant reduction in failed charges. We continue to monitor closely to ensure the issue is fully resolved.

We have identified that the charging failures are specifically affecting sessions started with RFID Charge Keys. Charging sessions initiated through the Monta Charge app or API are working normally and can be used as a workaround while we work on a fix. We are actively working to resolve the issue with RFID-initiated sessions.

We are currently investigating an elevated number of failed charging sessions reported by multiple operators. Some customers may experience difficulties starting charging sessions. Our team is actively working to identify and resolve the issue.
