Dear Motive Customer, We are currently experiencing an issue with our Safety Video Events pipeline, causing a delay of notifications of up to 1 hour. No events or data are lost during this time, and we expect to resolve the issue shortly. We apologize for the inconvenience and will keep you updated as we progress.

The issue with our third-party email provider has been resolved, email notifications should be operating as normal.

The issue has been identified as a failure with our third-party provider, causing a failure for email notifications. We have isolated the issue, and all events are now being processed in real-time. However, no email notifications are currently being sent. All in-app push notifications and Fleet dashboard notifications are working.

We will update again as soon as our third-party email provider has resolved their service issue, and all email notifications from this time will then be delivered.
