We are currently experiencing an incident affecting the images and storyboards associated with videos.

What you may notice:
- Thumbnails and poster images intermittently failing to load or display
- Storyboards (preview images on the player timeline) missing or incomplete

Video upload, processing and playback are otherwise unaffected.
