Semi Custom Domain Outage

SquareSpace has reactivated the domain moxieapp.com - we are awaiting communication from them as to why they disabled it and will pass along any information we receive once they provide it.

* We are continuing to work with SquareSpace to restore service for the moxieapp.com domain.

* We have deployed a new top level domain as a workaround: moxieapp.co

* All workspaces have been enabled for the new semi-custom domain, so if you previously had mybusiness.moxieapp.com, you will also now have mybusiness.moxieapp.co

* Any workspace that was using the semi-custom domain as their primary domain has been updated to use the new moxieapp.co version.

* The "Share" button in Forms, Meetings, Agreements, and Invoices will now utilize the new moxieapp.co version

* Old links for moxieapp.com will continue to be offline until SquareSpace resolves the issue, but new links can be generated as needed for Forms, Meetings, Invoices, Agreements.

* Direct client portal login has also been enabled for moxieapp.co. Once moxieapp.com is restored, your clients will be able to log into either version.

We are still awaiting on a response from Square Space. They have provided no update since the senior tech was assigned yesterday.

A Square Space senior tech has been assigned to our case. Not further updates provided by the vendor.

We are aware of an issue impacting all semi-custom client portal domains that are subdomains of moxieapp.com. At approximately 5:00PM Eastern Time, The domain registrar (Google Domains --> now SquareSpace domains) put the moxieapp.com domain into a "suspended" status for an unknown reason. We promptly opened a support ticket with their team and the issue has been escalated on their side. We will continue to ask for updates from their team every 30 minutes.

All fully custom domains and legacy "hecticshare.com" domains are fully functional.
