As of 01:05 AM PT the issue was resolved, customers are no longer experiencing problems (502 errors) while attempting to access Exchange UI.
We have identified the cause of the issue, and our Engineers are working on deploying a fix.
We are investigating an issue in which customers will experience intermittent 502 errors while attempting to access the Exchange UI (User Interface), we will provide more information as soon as we can.
