We’re currently experiencing elevated errors with our cloud provider, AWS, which are impacting all users.
As a result, there may be delays in accessing the Live Feed. Insights Sleep data may also be delayed and has caused inaccurate Next Nap Predictions. Additionally, some push notifications may not be delivered, such as 'Baby standing' and 'Child out of bed' notifications.
Our engineering team is working closely with AWS to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We’ll share updates as soon as we have more information.
