Initial Service Disruption

As of September 16, 2:50am EDT , nCino is receiving reports of service disruptions affecting the Salesforce  platform. We are working to identify the cause of the outage. However, this may impact your institution's ability to access Salesforce.

After active investigation and working closely with our partners at Salesforce, efforts are underway by them to mitigate the login to Salesforce issue.

Investigation remains ongoing in relation to the issue impacting the global ability to log into Salesforce. Tests are currently being validated by the Salesforce team, if successful these will be rolled out globally.
