NCR Voyix has identified an issue impacting manual e-gift card transaction processing from a specific host following a recent system change. Our teams have completed a thorough assessment and, to restore optimal service reliability, will be performing emergency maintenance July 26th beginning at 1:00 AM ET.

During the maintenance window, ServerEPS transaction processing/Authorizations may experience a brief interruption while corrective actions are implemented. This maintenance is being conducted to restore normal transaction processing and minimize any further customer impact.

Our teams will actively monitor the environment throughout the maintenance activity and validate service functionality upon completion. Customer satisfaction remains our highest priority, and we are committed to restoring and maintaining a reliable experience as quickly as possible.
