User Impact: Users may be unable to access the Microsoft Copilot service. Users may also be unable to access Bing, bing.com/chat and copilot.microsoft.com. Additionally, some users may be unable to access Copilot using the button in the Microsoft Edge browser sidebar or using the Copilot key on their keyboard. Current Status: Microsoft is aware of the issue and working to restore services. Users may start to see improvement as Microsoft implements a workaround while they investigate root cause.
