We’ve identified a Meta incident that is currently preventing the “View Shop” button from appearing on your Facebook or Instagram page. Whilst our product catalog is not affected - you can still use it to answer customer queries via Messenger or tag products in posts. This only affects the direct-to-storefront functionality across all shops located in EMEA markets.
