This incident was created to notify customers of a service impacting incident that occurred on March 13th, 2024 beginning at roughly 16:00 UTC. Netskope removed DFW1 from the NewEdge network at 21:45 UTC to fully mitigate the issue and allow customers to reconnect to alternative data centers.
