Scope: Beginning around 5:15 AM ET on May 1, 2025, E-Prescribing messages sent to Rite Aid pharmacies may have encountered errors due to Rite Aid's intermittent connectivity issues.

Rite Aid has implemented a fix and has reported the issue to be resolved as of 10:56 AM ET on May 1, 2025. Surescripts has confirmed that transactions are transmitting as normal.

Recommended Actions: If your original attempted transaction received an error, please reattempt now that the issue has been reported as resolved.
