■ 発生期間
2024/02/09 7:07頃 〜 2024/02/09 7:33頃
■ 対象スペース
- Form Appをご利用中のスペース
■ 発生した現象
- noreply@newt.soからのメール送信処理でエラーが発生する
■ 原因
- noreply@newt.soのアカウントが意図せず利用できない状態となっていた
■ 実施した対応
- noreply@newt.soのアカウントを再有効化し、メールを送信できる状態にした
