Engineers will be performing maintenance on the NS1 Connect core database on March 7, 2024 at 0200 UTC. The total maintenance will last approximately 30 minutes. NS1 Connect API and Portal will see intermittent service interruptions for approximately 5 minutes (with a maximum downtime of 10 minutes) during the maintenance window. Customers should expect API calls to return 500 error responses and Portal sessions to time out.
XFR, Monitoring and DNS propagation will not be impacted. DNS resolution will not be impacted on the Managed DNS or Dedicated DNS networks.
