Before requesting a replay, customers should ensure that their systems can safely identify and handle duplicate webhook events.

Webhook traffic has returned to normal and all systems are operating correctly.
Due the time span elapsed since the issue, we are no longer able to accept any additional requests to replay the webhooks. Please reach out to Nylas Support for assistance retrieving items that may still be missing from this time.
