Outage Details

You may experience that webhook messages created for the topic GLAccounts are not processed in Exact Online since the 25th of April. As a workaround you can use the options provided by our Sync Financial/GLAccounts. We are investigating this issue. This page will be updated as soon as more information is available. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

The issue has been resolved. All webhook messages for topic GLAccounts are processed as intended again. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. Webhooks related to the GLAccounts topic are operational again.

Due to the possibility that webhooks were not retrieved between April 25th and April 29th, we recommend performing a resynchronization of the GLAccounts.
