You may experience an issue where batch payment files are created, but no payment batches are generated, despite batch payments being enabled. As a result, imported bank statements are not automatically matched. We are investigating this issue and we will update this page as soon as more information becomes available. We have implemented a fix and we are monitoring the results. Payment batches generated from April 14th 08:00 CEST onwards will be created correctly. The imported bank statements for these payment batches will be matched based on batch reference again.
