When sending an email using the method “Outlook” an error "Exact.mailer, MS outlook: Can't send E-mail.” can be displayed. This issue can occur in both Exact Globe+ and in Exact Globe Next for all releases. We are investigating this issue, and we will update this page as soon as more information becomes available. A fix has been implemented to Exact Globe+ Release 506SP7, available from the 4th May 2026.

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented. As a temporarily workaround, any second or additional account can be removed from Outlook. When only 1 Exchange account is linked in Outlook, emailing from Exact Globe+ and Exact Globe Next is possible again.
