Exact Reeleezee – Rabobank Payment and Direct Debit Orders Not Submitted (NL)

Payment and direct debit orders submitted through a Rabobank PSD2 bank links may incorrectly show the status "File rejected by bank" after the authorization of a PSD2 bank link has been renewed or changes have been made to the services of a Rabobank connection. As a result, affected orders have not been received by the bank. In addition, affected PSD2 bank links may incorrectly be displayed as a Rabo Boekhoudkoppeling. As a possible workaround, customers can try to renew the bank link again. We are currently investigating issue and we will update this page once more information becomes available.
