At 7:35AM on Aug 29, 2023 PDT, the telephony engineering team became aware of delivery delays in SMS MFA affecting US customers in all cells. These end users will experience delivery delays. Okta continues to monitor the current situation with our telephony services regarding the SMS OTP delivery delays.
