In Omnissa Connect, some users may see that their Hub Services tile is missing under "Launch Services".
With the introduction of "Omnissa Workspace ONE Hub Services roles" feature in Omnissa Connect 26.09.23 release, Hub Services tile appears only to users with Organization level Administrator role. Hub Services role can be assigned to users and users with Access Super Admin role can continue to launch Hub Services console following these steps
1. Sign in to Omnissa Connect.
2. Under Launch Services, select the Access tile.
3. On Access Admin Console, in the top-right corner, select the catalog menu icon, then choose User Portal.
4. Select your avatar in Hub Services User Portal, then choose Manage Hub Experience.
In Omnissa Connect, some users may see that their Hub Services tile is missing under "Launch Services".
