We are investigating reports of issues with our web CMP and cookie banners not loading correctly on Safari for users running iOS 18. This issue appears to be specific to Safari on iOS 18 and is not isolated to OneTrust. Earlier versions of iOS and Safari remain unaffected.
Our engineering teams are investigating and further updates will be provided as soon as possible.
