On Friday night, we successfully redirected traffic to bypass the faulty equipment. No further issues were observed over the weekend, and Ongoing WMS has remained fully operational since then. Although we have redundant hardware and automatic failover mechanisms in place, the failover did not occur as expected during this incident. Our team is conducting a thorough investigation into the root cause to prevent similar issues in the future.
Note that this incident affected neither API access nor the scheduled executions of integrations developed by Ongoing.
