The issue affecting network connectivity in Northern Europe and for some customers using DXP, CMS SaaS, Optimizely Graph, Search, and Navigation services has been identified as related to an incident at one of our third-party providers. Their team is actively working to resolve the situation, and we are working closely to ensure a swift resolution.

We are currently investigating a network connectivity issue in Northern Europe for Optimizely services DXP, CMS SaaS, and Optimizely Graph, where issues with high response times and alerts are occurring after deployments, therefore we recommend to not start any new deployments at this time. We are investigating the issue together with our third-party providers.
