Optimove Site - Degraded performance and loading issues in Target Groups and Web & App Activity

This issue has been fully resolved. System performance has returned to normal. Target Groups, Web & App Activity filters, and Streams are all functioning as expected and loading quickly.

Our engineering team has confirmed the fix, and monitoring shows stable performance across all previously affected areas.
