We are continuing to investigate the issue affecting custodial statement processing. Some statements from prior statement periods are being incorrectly categorized as August 2026 statements. To prevent potentially inaccurate statements from being published, statements will not be available for client view while we validate the issue and determine the appropriate corrective action.

Our teams are actively working to identify the cause, validate the affected statements and determine the appropriate path forward to ensure accurate statement availability.
