[US][Backbone] [Hil1] [Vin1] Network Disruption

Some internet destinations became unreachable for customers at the Hillsboro data center.

The issue has been isolated and traffic has returned to normal for those affected.

A small number of customers are reporting connectivity issues persist, particularly in the Asia Pacific region. Impact has also been reported in the Vint Hill Datacenter as well as the Hillsboro Datacenter. Our teams are working to resolve any remaining issues.

The OVH network team was notified of a possible issue in an upstream third-party provider network. To limit impact to customers, the OVH backbone team rerouted/moved OVH outbound traffic away from this provider to resolve the issue our customers were facing. We are currently working with the provider to help troubleshoot their issue. Please note that issues might still be seen if traffic transits this third party provider via other ISPs
