Scope of Impact:
The Netops switch Upgrade scheduled for today have caused 3 datastores to be inaccessible. Customer impact being evaluated (We think 3 but want to be sure)

Current Actions:
Troubleshooting - PCC team has is currently working on identifying impacted customers.

Internally all systems appear to be accessible and restored. Updates have been sent to affected clients. We will continue to monitor for 24 hours.
