Service impact : During a VPS installation or reinstallation, customers who provide an SSH key but do not request a password, will be unable to access their instance due to a required password reset at first login.
Workaround : Anyone experiencing this issue can resolve it by requesting a password by mail in addition to providing an SSH key.
