Please note that GAM servers (not to be confused with our Game range) are currently unable to reboot remotely. If you attempt to reboot a GAM server, it will remain offline until a data center technician manually intervenes, which may cause some delays.
For this reason, we strongly recommend not installing a new operating system on your GAM server until the issue is resolved.
