We continue to be engaged with the carriers and are also working on a technical mitigation with our Cloud Provider to resolve the issue. Additionally we are planning to deploy a potential remediation between 3:00pm and 5:00pm Central Time. We do not expect this remediation to further the impact and our teams will be watching closely during this deployment.

On June 5, Project44 unexpectedly began sending traffic from a new IP address, causing a disruption with the LTL Rating, Dispatching and Tracking Services.
We have investigated and this new IP address is causing issues with carriers who are safelisting Project44 IPs: This subset of select carriers do not have the new IP address safelisted in their systems. Some intermittent traffic comes from this new IP address. Therefore issues with Rating, Dispatching, and Tracking Services may continue intermittently in the coming days.
We are communicating to each impacted Carrier indicating that they need to update safelists. In parallel we are pursuing technical mitigation paths. An ETA to full resolution is unknown at this time.
No action is required from you at this time. We will provide timely updates as they become available.
